Team Of Success was born out of chaos I created myself.
I ran a clothing print business, offered design and web services, managed a sports club's digital presence, sold supplements, and organized events. Alone. A lot of work, and not much money — at the time I was just trying to stay on the right track and figure myself out. Once the income allowed it, I started hiring freelancers through Fiverr and Upwork, thinking that would solve the problem. It didn't. It just changed shape: it cost money, time, and nerves. Every new freelancer meant a new result, new explanations, a new queue of fixes.
I wasn't ready to hire full-time — until I realized I actually was. That's how the first three-person team came together. Not as a service — as a way to get my own businesses in order. And it worked better than I expected.
In 2022, my own success team became Team Of Success — this time, for you. The first offer was a DFY digital foundation, from idea to a working digital base. Next came a creative team, automations, and AI agents that now handle tasks and processes for us. Today, Team Of Success is already a franchise, officially registered as a company in Lithuania.
All told: a 10-person team that works like 30 — and that's exactly what I want to help every ambitious founder build for themselves, so they can create value and reach their full potential.
