At the wheel of the entire operation
Indigopreneur is a conscious-entrepreneurship movement: a community, academy, events, and digital platform raising a new generation of business builders who build their business and life from the inside out. From the very start, Team Of Success hasn't acted as a service provider alongside the project — we're its official operator, responsible for the entire operation, not just a slice of it.
Why they came to us: as the movement grew, they needed a single partner to take the entire digital infrastructure into their hands — from identity to automating everyday processes — so growth wouldn't depend on one person's memory or manual work.
Žygimantas is an Indigopreneur mentor and content creator who co-hosts "Self-Development for Founders" sessions with Karolis on habits and mindfulness. "Kelias į Nirvana" ("The Path to Nirvana") is his personal mentorship and community platform, built alongside that work.
Why they came to us: he had deep experience and a clear methodology, but no business growth plan, no decision-making system, and no digital identity to turn that methodology into a growing, self-sustaining business — everything relied on his own memory and personal attention.
A real estate group with real projects on the market, but no brand and no system to consistently showcase them. They had something to sell — they just had no way to keep talking to the market about it, and no one in-house overseeing the whole communication process.
Why they came to us: they didn't need a one-off project — they needed an ongoing partner, someone to take the entire marketing and communication process into their hands and run it as a system, not as isolated tasks.
Agentic Operations: Obsidian x Claude
Before this existed, every strategic decision and every piece of business context lived in one place — Karolis's head, backed up wherever it happened to land across scattered documents. There was no single source of truth connecting what he decided privately with what the team actually implemented — which made him the bottleneck: for content, for context, for approvals only he could give. This system was built to solve exactly that problem.
Personal Brand
Alongside the operating system, he needed a full personal brand to carry his voice across four distinct audiences, instead of one generic stream.
An athlete and community movement founded in 2017 (Boston, UK) that has run 150 events and built a real partner network across Vilnius, Peterborough, Haripur, and Lagos — but needed infrastructure that didn't depend on one founder, so the movement could keep moving and growing. This is the build behind that.
A real estate, community, and construction project where Team Of Success isn't just a vendor — we're an investor and developer. The business itself, the brand, and the infrastructure all needed to be built together, not have marketing bolted onto a foundation that already existed.
A real estate project that needed to look like a trustworthy investment before selling a single unit — there was no brand and no investor-facing material yet. They came to us before launch, not after.
Same situation as Vandens Sodai — a real estate project with nothing to make it look credible to investors. They came to us before launch, so the brand, materials, and investor case could be built from day one instead of patched together later.
A third real estate project with the same gap — no brand, no material, no way to look credible to investors or buyers. They came to us just as early as the previous two, so we could build the whole system instead of assembling it piece by piece.
A real estate project that came to us specifically for consistent social media upkeep, not a full rebuild — the gap wasn't the brand or the website, it was that no one was keeping content consistent month after month.
Another real estate project with the same specific gap as Šilainių Perlas — no one was managing social media consistently. They came to us for exactly that piece, not a full rebuild.
A paving and hardscaping company whose work was visible on-site and nowhere else — real results with zero digital footprint to showcase them before a client even called. They came to us to fix that mismatch.
An electrical and construction services company running entirely on word of mouth, with no digital footprint to back up its reputation or take on inquiries without a direct referral. They came to us to build the missing half of the business.
A construction company in Lithuania with real work and a real reputation, but no digital foundation to reflect it. They came to us for a full rebuild, not a patch job.
A snooker and pool coach whose results with a previous team had stalled for years, in a sport almost nobody builds digital infrastructure for. He came to us wanting real strategy and consistent execution, not just more posts.
All services delivered on a monthly retainer basis.
A relationship coach whose clients found him almost entirely through referrals — real demand with a growth ceiling nobody had named yet. He came to us to be found directly, not just recommended.
A leadership coach working with executives whose content didn't yet carry the same authority as the rooms he actually works in. He came to us for reels that would match the caliber of the people he advises.
A neuroscience researcher and mentor (brainfocushealth.com) whose work on brain development and mindfulness ran deeper than his digital visibility. He came to us to close the gap between what he actually knows and what people could see.
A new personal trainer, starting out with no track record and no clients — no offer built yet, nothing to sell. He came to us to build the entire foundation from zero.
A personal brand for a young music artist, videographer, and visual storyteller. He was already producing serious creative work, but had no digital foundation to reflect it — no clear visual identity, no website, nothing that presented him the way his own work presents his clients. He came to us to close that gap.
An insurance broker with real expertise and no personal brand to carry it further, and the processes behind the marketing weren't yet systemized. She came to us for both — visibility and structure.
A personal trainer and member of the Indigopreneur community.
Why she needed it: marketing had always been something she did whenever the mood struck — dependent on inspiration, not discipline, and never a structured part of her business. Her own social media only got attention in bursts, with no consistency, strategy, or identity holding it all together.
What changed: working with the mentor team, she moved from mood-driven posting to a real strategy — a stable identity and digital presence she could manage deliberately, instead of waiting for inspiration to strike.
They helped me build a stable identity and clearly define the digital side of my business — and find my place in event organizing.
A rugby club with a real history and a name in the sport, but no visual identity or digital visibility to reflect it — nothing showing the club's inner culture to outsiders. They came to us to build that identity from zero.
A gym that needed more than posts to feel complete — events were happening that nobody was capturing, and there was no ongoing plan to stay visible between them. They came to us for the full operational and content picture, not just design work.
A gym running real events with nothing to capture or promote them — activity was happening that nobody outside the room ever saw. They came to us to make it visible.
A martial arts club in a sport that sells on intensity, with content that didn't reflect it. They came to us so their digital presence would match what's actually happening on the mat.
A gym where the training environment itself was the strongest sales argument, and nobody was filming it. They came to us for exactly that piece.
A furniture manufacturer that came to us for a full rebuild — brand, website, and social media as one cohesive system, instead of assembling it from separate vendors — everything except video content.
A service business built on financing and administrative paperwork — necessary but invisible work with zero digital footprint. They came to us to become visible for work people already needed.
A grocery store with products on the shelves and zero social media presence. They came to us to start it and maintain it from scratch.
Circus programs for families, school kids, private parties, and town festivals — a genuinely high-energy live product with content that didn't match the performance's own energy. They came to us to close the gap between the live show and what people saw online.
A restaurant preparing to open reached out to us for organic marketing, photography and videography services, management support for its first two months of operation, and event planning and communication.
A cocktail and music bar, in the same position as Meet & Meat before opening its doors. They came to us to run the same launch system.
A nightclub opening in the same position as Meet & Meat and Unique Lounge — they came to us to run the same launch playbook, for the third venue in a row.
A Google Maps ranking service provider that needed to prove their own service works by showing it, not just claiming it — a proof-of-work gap in their content. A one-off project, not an ongoing partnership.
